On June 20, 2017, the inaugural QSKTAA19-G11X engine from Chongqing Cummins‘ Super Series was officially handed over to the customer. Chongqing Cummins’ Director of Power Generation Sales, Yu Hai, along with guests including Longyuan Power’s Chairman Gao Qing and user representatives, jointly unveiled the first Super Series engine.

The Super Series by Chongqing Cummins comprises models such as QSN-G4X, KTAA19-G6X, QSKTAA19-G11X, KTA38-G9X, QSKTA38-G5X12, KTA50-G2X, KTA50-G8X, and more. Developed based on the actual usage scenarios of standby generators in domestic building construction, this new product not only possesses the universal advantages of Cummins engines but also features significant power increase, compact structure, and high cost-effectiveness.

Speaking at the ceremony, Yu Hai stated, “Firstly, I would like to express gratitude to the OEMs and customers for their long-term support of Chongqing Cummins. The timely introduction of the Super Series engine, driven by market research and user feedback, provides us with assurance in exploring new business and markets.”

Gao Qing of Chongqing Longyuan remarked that delivering generators equipped with the first Super Series engine to customers signifies the deep and strategic cooperation between Chongqing Cummins and Chongqing Longyuan over the decades, showcasing mutual trust. He believes that through joint efforts, the Super Series engine will gain recognition from users and the market.
