Embark on a voyage of reliability with CCEC’s marine auxiliary engines, offering both heat exchanger and radiator cooling systems. Tailored for marine main generators and emergency generators, these engines redefine maritime power with versatility and resilience.

In emergency generator applications, CCEC goes the extra nautical mile by providing custom options. The dual starter motor system, encompassing both electric and spring starter motors, aligns seamlessly with international classifications, ensuring a reliable power backup when it matters most.

All CCEC marine auxiliary engines feature a dry type exhaust system, boasting dry type exhaust manifolds and turbochargers. Neoenergy steps in with an innovative upgrading service, transforming dry type exhaust systems into water-cooled variants. This modification, often sought after in passenger boat projects, elevates engine performance and longevity.

Advantages of N855-DM317 Marine Auxiliary Engine

  • Robust Crankshaft and Piston Design – Witness the prowess of CCEC’s marine engines with a robust, fully balanced crankshaft design that ensures steady rotation and enhanced strength. The steel piston crown, equipped with oil galleries and aluminum skirts, stands as a testament to durability and minimal oil consumption, guaranteeing a reliable and efficient maritime journey.
  • Precision Fuel Injection for Optimal Performance – Cummins’ unique PT system, featuring fixture and Step Timing control, propels fuel injection pressures beyond 120Mpa. This precision results in an outstanding fuel consumption rate and emission performance, setting a new standard for marine engine efficiency. The incorporation of a check valve in the fuel tube further enhances reliability in critical maritime operations.
  • Enhanced Lubrication Efficiency – Experience a dual spin-on filter system that effectively separates impurities above 10um. Coupled with a low-pressure (240-310Kpa) and steady-temperature (100-120°C) lubricating oil system, CCEC minimizes auxiliary power wastage, ensuring optimal engine efficiency even in challenging maritime conditions.
  • Cutting-Edge Cooling Technologies – CCEC’s commitment to excellence extends to the cooling system, featuring a great flux water pump and specialized channel design for effective heat dissipation. The inclusion of a spin-in water filter not only keeps the coolant clean but also maintains its acidity within normal limits, safeguarding engine health throughout the maritime journey.
